Inspiration to help you make beautiful event pages on Ticket Tailor
We’ve pull together a range of eye-catching, professional-looking designs that can be easily copied to your Ticket Tailor box office page.

Someone’s experience of your event starts long before they walk through its doors (or logs on to it, for that matter). Grabbing customers’ – and potential customers’ – attention is all about how you communicate with them in the run-up.
A major part of this is the online events page you set up, and in particular its aesthetic. What your box office page looks like has the power to entice customers, as well as to communicate with them what sort of atmosphere they can expect from your event. Your color scheme should reflect your event’s general vibe, while any imagery you use needs to be strong and immediately evocative of the tone and theme of your class/gig/workshop/conference.
At Ticket Tailor, we’re determined to help make sure your event ticketing works on every level – including the way things look. That’s why we launched a new Box office design tool in 2025.
The Box office design tool allows you to:
- Select from 8 pre-made, ready-to-go themes (no design skills or coding needed!)
- Customize colors and fonts to suit your brand
- Change layouts for both your header image and listing page
- Upload photography to sell your event vision (you can even upload multiple photos to make your header into a carousel!)

Bright theme: Tailor Fest
Festivals of every kind choose Ticket Tailor for their ticket sales, from surf film festivals in New Zealand and international coffee expos, right through to eco-friendly music events. In fact, festivals make up 10.7% of all ticket sales on Ticket Tailor. Whether your festival spotlights fresh musical acts or emerging culinary geniuses, there’s usually a shared theme: bold, attention-grabbing branding. That dazzling energy inspired our bright theme— an out-of-the-box solution for events keen to stand out and flaunt their vibrant personalities.

Clean theme: The Tailor Gallery
Our Clean theme offers crisp lines, ample white space, and an elegantly modern feel — ideal for events wanting to spotlight their essentials without unnecessary distractions. It’s already been adopted by creative studios and college choirs, but we think its understated sophistication makes it especially fitting for art galleries and museums. That’s why we created ‘Tailor Gallery’ as our example, demonstrating just how effortless it can be to achieve a polished, contemporary aesthetic.

Vivid theme: Tailor Stadium
Sports tickets make up 4.3% of all sales on Ticket Tailor, with features ranging from custom stadium seating charts to our free check-in app — making it easy to sell everything from tickets to merchandise. We support every kind of sports event, from Stateside competitions to adrenaline-fuelled speedway and popular football clubs. These action-packed occasions inspired our ‘Vivid’ theme: vibrant, fresh, and designed to infuse any event page with energetic flair.

Base theme: Tailor Expo
Our Base theme has quickly become the top pick since we introduced our Box office design tool in April 2025. With its clean, fuss-free look, it’s ideal for practically any event — from tulip-attractions to charity fundraisers. So we've used it to create our example Expo, showing just how effortlessly this straightforward style can work for everyone.

Simple theme: Tailor Talks
As its name implies, the Simple theme is beautifully understated — perfect if you want an easy, streamlined look. We’ve seen it used for everything from photography workshops to local bonfire nights and guided nature walks. In our example ‘Tailor Talks,’ we used Simple for a community event, a category that made up 11.6% of Ticket Tailor’s ticket sales in 2024, proving how effortlessly versatile this clean design can be.

Organic theme: Tailor Farms
We know we shouldn’t have favorites, but if we did, Organic would be at the top of our list. With soft, curved lines, rounded corners, and a naturally flowing look, it brings a crafted, unique feel to any event. Artisanal gatherings love it, from pasta-making workshops to craft markets, and we’ve used it for our strawberry-picking farm experience — showcasing how perfectly this theme suits our second-biggest industry: 'farms, tours, and attractions' as well as 'workshops, classes and courses'.

Basic theme: The Tailor Foundation
The ‘Basic’ theme stands out as a streamlined, fuss-free design — perfect for charities, historic houses, or any organisation seeking a ready-to-go layout that keeps the spotlight on their event. In our example event, we demonstrate how well it suits charities (who account for 7.6% of all Ticket Tailor sales), ensuring there’s a theme tailored to their needs. Did you know charities enjoy a 50% discount on our fees, can collect donations for free, and (for those in the UK) benefit from Gift Aid support?

Bold theme: The Tailor Lounge
Originally designed with monochrome in mind, ‘Bold’ is punchy, minimalist, and easily adaptable to any color scheme. It's perfect for events wanting to make a statement without compromising on style. We’ve seen it elevate everything from running clubs and magic shows to dance workshops. In our jazz club example, 'The Tailor Lounge', the moody ambiance matches the photography, showing how this theme can help your event truly sing. And take note of the header carousel, you can upload multiple photos for a similarly dynamic effect across any of the Box office themes.

How to create customized ticket-selling pages
Setting up ticket sales using Ticket Tailor can be done in minutes. Once you've created an account, this main events hub is known as your Box office. From here, you can easily create events, setting up ticket types and playing around with features to suit your needs (from time slot ticketing to seating charts, dependencies to pixel tracking and everything in between).
Once your events are set up, you can edit your Box office design to reflect your style, then share links to either the full listings page or individual event pages on your website or social media.
- Choose your theme and colors
Go to “Box office design” to open the visual editor. Select from preset themes (like the examples above), pick your fonts, and adjust the color scheme to match your brand. You can also replace or add a logo here. - Personalise your listings page
Switch to the “listings page” tab if you’re hosting multiple events. Include a banner image (or carousel) with a title and description at the top, and pick a layout that best suits your events. - Refine individual event pages
Under the “Event pages” tab, select a layout for each event’s header image and title. Update header images directly from the “Events” area in your dashboard for complete control over your event branding. - Apply and publish
When you’re happy with the look and feel, click “Publish changes”. Your modifications will be applied across all events in your Box office, including any ticket widgets you’ve embedded on other sites.
That’s all there is to it. Once everything is set, your attendees will enjoy a branded experience from browsing events to purchasing tickets.
